Our third day at the convention can be separated into three very different parts. We began the day at the hotel of the Oregon delegation. They had a caucus where they heard from two war heros and three lawmakers all supporting John McCain. The delegates told us how they were both inspired and "revved up" to swing Oregon for the Republicans after hearing from the five men who spoke early in the afternoon. From there we went to downtown Minneapolis for Part Two of our day, where several delegations came to the city's convention center to make relief packages for the Gulf Coast.
